Causes:
- Power and Interface Cable problem
- Monitor not working
- SMPS not working
- RAM faulty
Solution:
- Check the power cable
- Check the POST of the monitor
- Check the SMPS toggle switch
- Check SMPS fan is rotating or not
- Open the PC remove the RAM and clean the RAM fix it into a different slot and check
